Phase Creative Website Questionnaire

The first part of the Phase Creative Website Design and Production Process is to fill out this website questionnaire. It’ll give you a chance to identify the must-haves for your website as well as communicate to me what you need to grow as a business in an online context.

  • Please take the time to consider this questionnaire carefully. This is your opportunity to provide information about why you need a website and what the website should achieve. The more information you give here, the more accurate proposal Phase Creative will be able to provide. Don't like web forms? What more time to think about your options? No problems.   • Note: Phase Creative projects generally take 4-8 weeks from conception to launch. This requires your page content, images etc to be made available at the beginning of the project.
  • Content includes the text, and any specific support imagery or photography that needs to go on your website. We can help with this, but knowing where you're at helps with our scheduling.

    Providing the following information allows Phase Creative to create a website targeted to your clients

  • Who are your competitors

    Know your enemy? Identifying your competitors and, more importantly, their websites, can help Phase Creative better position your website amongst your peers.
  • Design brief

    Think about your brand, the following questions allow you to give some information about what you like, what you don't and how you think your website should look.
  • Think of the tone of your website. Words like 'corporate look and feel', 'like they are in our shop', 'cool', 'grungy', 'dark', 'minimal' are all useful in this section.
  • And finally...

  • I can't guarantee these results, but I use this a way of identifying if your website desires (needs and wants) are realistic against the goals you have set.
